Here are the top 3 types of people we source deals from:

  1. Loan Officers

A loan officer is a representative of a bank, credit union, or other financial institution who assists borrowers in the application process. Loan officers have a constant supply of applicants who need extra assistance outside of what the loan officer can offer.

  2. Wealth Managers

A wealth manager typically refers to a specific kind of financial advisor whose work focuses on topics that concern their clients who usually have a high net worth. We provide them with best-suited opportunities for wealth managers to grow their client’s portfolio, or often times we will be provided with a deal to review and fund or raise capital.

  3. Brokers

A real estate broker is a person who represents sellers or buyers of real estate or property. Brokers works to negotiate and arrange real estate transactions. This licensed individual has daily duties that include writing contracts and overseeing transactions for sales and purchasing activities on homes, land and commercial properties. Brokers are a great source for us. We specialize in commercial real estate and have a broker’s license to make the transaction seamless.
